Today was definitely a choice.
A choice to get up.
A choice to do what needed to be done.
A choice to walk the dog.
A choice to put up the Christmas tree.
A choice to sing.
A choice to dance.
A choice to interact; not only with humans, but with God my Father = A choice to worship.
Choices.
We are faced with them every day.
We make more choices by noon than we are even aware of.
The differences between success and failure, I believe, are these;
The people we hang around, with and the books we read.
These days we can add one more; the media we absorb.
All choices; To do or to don’t do what we should.
Today as I said, was definitely a choice.
My choice was to actually do each of the things I listed.
Truthfully, I’m still feeling a little malaise.
Maybe from allergies, maybe from something else.
My Bible tells me that it didn’t come to stay, “It came to pass.”
My choices made me feel better while I was doing them, and today’s malaise will give way to a better day tomorrow.
One thing I know for sure, is that when I wake up tomorrow, I’ll have no regret for not doing anything today.
So friends, let me encourage you , make choices today that will not be regretted tomorrow.
Then do it again.
And again.
Someone told me once that “It’s not what you do sometimes, it’s what you do every day.”
No matter how you might feel, make the choices that you can, and make tomorrow a better day.
I’ll “see” you soon, until then;
Be well.
