It provides a non-judgmental space for individuals to find healing and closure.
The course is self-paced and the content is delivered in bite-sized portions, allowing you to review it at your own pace and as many times as you need.
By the end of the course, you will have learned some ways to promote peace and help to silence those voices that keep you awake at night.
